harm. 1 participant considered the individual's
safety.
• 2 participants recorded that the individual's
diagnosis of a learning disability made it difficult to
ascertain what was in their Best Interests. However,
this was in contrast to another participant who
aimed to ascertain the individual's special regard by
considering the individual's behaviours and actions
to indicate whether their views on their care and
support arrangement.
